La Tienda: Up to 300 People with Live Music
La Tienda is our open-air space — spacious, surrounded by nature and with the warmth only live music brings. It fits the groups other restaurants turn away: farewell gatherings of 40, family reunions of 80, birthdays where the guest list got out of hand.
From Thursday to Saturday there are live performances — ranchera, vallenato, salsa, merengue, ballads. No need to hire a DJ or a band separately. The entertainment is already included.
La Tienda’s menu gets straight to the point: chicharrón (crispy pork belly), morcilla (blood sausage), generous picadas (sharing platters), with portions designed for sharing. Order a picada for the table and the conversation starts on its own.
The Comedor & Bar: For Groups Who Prefer Something More Intimate
Not every group wants a lively room. Sometimes it’s a lunch with business partners, a dinner with close friends who only see each other every three months, or a family gathering where you want grandma to be comfortable. That’s what the Comedor & Bar is for.
It’s an enclosed space, naturally cool thanks to the altitude, with large windows overlooking the valley and a more elaborate menu: cuts of beef, ceviches, artisanal burgers with house-made buns, and signature cocktails that elevate any get-together.
For corporate events or business lunches with groups of 10 to 50 people, the Comedor works perfectly. A long table, a coordinated menu, smooth service.

At Redman we’ve hosted all kinds of groups, and each has its own dynamic:
- Family reunions: The deck has a kids’ play area on weekends, so adults can enjoy themselves while the little ones play

What Sets Us Apart from Other Group Restaurants
Most restaurants in El Poblado hold 60-80 people at most. Arrive with a group of 30 and it already feels full. Arrive with 100 and they simply say no.
Redman has real infrastructure for large groups. We don’t just “squeeze in” extra tables in the hallway — La Tienda was designed for 300 people from day one. There’s room to move around, to stop by another table to say hello, and for kids to run without knocking anything over.
And most importantly: the food doesn’t drop in quality when the group is large. Our service is organized to handle volume without sacrificing quality.
