A lunch with an important client is not the same as a team-building lunch for 80 people. At Redman we have two spaces that adapt to what you need.
Comedor & Bar: Executive Lunches with a View and Privacy
Our enclosed space is the natural choice for business lunches that call for focus, privacy and a dining experience that impresses. Panoramic views of the Aburrá Valley, thoughtful lighting, tables arranged to fit your group, and a menu that goes far beyond what you’d expect from a corporate lunch.
The Comedor & Bar menu includes artisanal burgers, fresh ceviches, cuts of beef, chef-driven dishes and a cocktail bar that’s among the best in El Poblado. For corporate groups, we put together set or semi-open menus based on your budget and the group’s preferences.
Open Tuesday through Sunday, from noon to midnight. For weekend lunches with kids, the Deck has a play area with a children’s entertainer.
Ideal for: client lunches, executive committees, partner meetings, board meetings, deal-closing lunches, presentations with special guests. Capacity up to 40 people.
La Tienda: Team-Building Lunches and Large Groups
When lunch is for a large team and the goal is for people to relax, talk and have a good time, La Tienda is the place. An open-air terrace with room for 300 people, surrounded by nature and with an atmosphere only Los Balsos can offer.
La Tienda’s menu is made for sharing: crispy chicharrón (pork belly), morcillas (blood sausage), generous picadas (sharing platters), and everything that works when there’s a big table and an appetite to enjoy. For corporate groups, we arrange special menus with options for every taste.
From Thursday to Saturday there’s live music — rancheras, vallenatos, salsa, merengue, ballads — that adds flavor to the meal with no need to hire separate entertainment. There’s no cover charge.
La Tienda is open Tuesday through Saturday from 3pm. On weekends we also open from 8:00 a.m. with breakfast and brunch, ideal for early business breakfasts.

Executive lunch with clients: A reserved table at the Comedor & Bar, a pre-selected menu, discreet and attentive service. The kind of lunch where the food and atmosphere do the heavy lifting so you can focus on the conversation.
Team-building lunch: La Tienda with a reserved area, a sharing menu and live music Thursday to Saturday. The perfect format for your team to get to know each other outside the office.
Business breakfast or brunch: On weekends we open from 8:00 a.m. Brunch with panoramic views at the Comedor & Bar or an open-air breakfast at La Tienda. A fresh alternative to the traditional lunch.
Year-end lunch: Groups of 20 to 300 people with a customized menu, live music and the celebratory atmosphere a year-end gathering deserves. We reserve exclusive areas based on group size.
Committee or board meeting: A private space at the Comedor & Bar with a long table, an executive menu and the calm a leadership meeting needs. No noise, no interruptions, with dedicated service.
