The Comedor & Bar menu includes chef-driven dishes, cuts of beef, ceviches and a cocktail bar designed to complement every moment. Service is attentive yet discreet — exactly what you need when the conversation matters as much as the food. Open Tuesday through Sunday, from noon to midnight.

La Tienda Redman: Open-Air Events for up to 300 People

For larger events or a more relaxed tone, La Tienda is the choice. With room for 300 people on an open-air terrace overlooking the mountains, this space works for product launches, year-end celebrations, team-building gatherings or corporate celebrations where the goal is for everyone to have a good time.

From Thursday to Saturday we have live music — rancheras, vallenatos, salsa, merengue, ballads — giving any evening event a unique character. La Tienda’s menu takes a different approach: chicharrón (crispy pork belly), morcillas (blood sausage), picadas (sharing platters) and a whole lineup designed for large groups who want to eat well without formalities.

December dates fill up fast. Companies that book in September or October have more date options and can better customize their event — décor, menu and logistics. Our location in Los Balsos offers easy access and parking, two things that make a difference in December.
