What are Redman’s hours?
We open every day from 8:00 a.m. The Comedor & Bar breakfast menu is served from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m., followed by the full menu until midnight (Sundays until 9:00 p.m.). La Tienda opens Tuesday through Saturday from 3 p.m., and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8:00 a.m. for breakfast.
Does Redman serve breakfast?
Yes. We serve breakfast every day from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Comedor & Bar, with shakshouka, chilaquiles verdes (tortilla chips in green salsa), savory toasts, pancakes, eggs any style, house granola and specialty coffee. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, La Tienda adds the paisa breakfast: calentao (the Antioquian rice-and-beans breakfast), arepa de chócolo (sweet corn arepa), huevitos en cacerola (skillet eggs) and chicharrón. Until what time is breakfast served?
Until 11:30 a.m., every day. After that, the lunch menu begins. No reservation is needed for breakfast; for large groups, it’s best to let us know on WhatsApp.
Do I need a reservation to visit Redman?
It’s not required, but it’s highly recommended on Fridays and Saturdays. You can book your table by messaging us on WhatsApp. That way you’re guaranteed a spot on our terrace overlooking the valley.
